Yan University

Business, Economic and Public Policy Research Centre
on
17 January 2015 (Sat.)
Hong Kong
Shue Yan University, Braemar Hill Road, North
Point, Hong Kong
There is an inseparable relationship between
banking, real estate and financial crises in our societies. For example, caution
in real estate lending affects
banks¡¦ performance during the financial
crisis. The subprime financial crisis took place mainly because of the lower
quality subprime mortgages. It is, therefore, of high time to study the three
areas. The
Banking, Real Estate and Financial Crises Conference will be held at Hong Kong
Shue Yan University on 17 January 2015. We are now seeking submission of
abstracts on banking, real estate and financial crises. The conference is
multidisciplinary in nature. It offers opportunity for scholars and policy
makers to exchange ideas. Topics include, but are not limited to, the following
areas:
Banking
and real estate market
Banking
and financial crises
Sustainable
domestic and non-domestic buildings
Real
estate market and financial crises
Sustainable
real estate development and Green finance
Banking,
mortgage and macroeconomics
